BISTRO 28 AT POLE CREEK GOLF CLUB

Bistro 28 will be serving dinners starting June 11 on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
The dinner menu will feature a variety of delicious options including:
Bourbon Rib Eye - 16 oz bone in Angus rib eye steak with a rich Jack Daniels peppercorn sauce.
Creamy Trout - Fresh trout fillet over braised garlic spinach in a chardonnay dill beurre blanc.
Char Sui Duck - Marinated duck breasts grilled with a five spice potato mash.
Lavender Lamb - Lavender herb encrusted rack of lamb.
Please come and join us for a fabulous dinner in the new clubhouse. There is no better view in the valley.
We are also serving brunch on Sundays until 11:30. The menu includes:
Eggs Benedict - Classic with hollandaise , Southwest with chorizo sausage and Oscar with smoked salmon, spinach and crab meat.
Waffles, Omelets, Salmon Platter and eggs any way you prefer.
